Newbury Business Park Launches 4100

18th November 2013

Moorfield Group (Moorfield) and asset management partner Alpha Investment Asset Management (Alpha), have today launched ‘4100’, the latest addition to the collection of high quality office space at the Newbury Business Park campus.

4100 will comprise of 6,505 sq ft to 28,325 sq ft of highly efficient and flexible ‘Grade A’ headquarter office accommodation in Newbury’s premier business park. 4100 will be situated at the centre of the Park and the proposed building will be built to a BREEAM Good standard or better, whilst benefitting from a dramatic double and treble height glazed lobby and a car parking ratio of 1:260 sq ft.

Subject to planning, 4100 is being marketed for sale or pre-let and will offer very competitive rents for its high quality specification.

Moorfield has a proven track record of delivering bespoke buildings for occupiers at Newbury Business Park with Measurement House, a 25,000 sq ft bespoke 'Grade A' building delivered for National Instruments in early 2012.

Nic Lowry of Moorfield and Paul Makin of Alpha said: “The delivery of a 25,000 sq ft 'Grade A' headquarter building for National Instruments in 2012 and the launch of 4100 marks the natural evolution of the Park, home to a host of well known brands and sector leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to specify a building to an occupier’s exact requirements, a truly bespoke building.”
