Moorfield sell Mallard House

On behalf of The Newbury Business Park LP, Moorfield Group (Moorfield) have sold Mallard House at Newbury Business Park in Berkshire for £1.55m to National Instruments Corporation (National Instruments).

As part of the deal, Moorfield will deliver a turnkey project for National Instruments and transform the 20,000 sq ft office and warehouse building into 25,000 sq ft Grade A headquarters.

Advising agent for Moorfield, Richard Deal, Deal Varney said "This is a great deal for the Park and Newbury as a whole and marks the second year running where take up in Newbury is above 100,000 sq ft and higher than a number of other business centres in the Thames Valley region."
